Problem: When you access any part of the website that requires secure access (i.e. for you to have logged in) then you are constantly taken back to the log in page as you try and navigate through the site.
Cause: The website uses "cookies", and the security settings on your computer are set too high to be able to save a cookie between each page. This appears to be a deliberate change introduced by Microsoft in a recent Windows update, and will cause problems when browsing other cookie-enabled websites too. WDS recommends Google Chrome or Firefox for the best browsing experience.
Resolution
Some customers may have a security setting on their browser that prevents cookies being written by default for each website. While having high security settings is necessary these days, if it is too strict then it can interfere with the successful navigation of a website (including many non-WDS sites such as Amazon).
Internet Explorer has the option to assign a "trusted" status to a site, which will allow these cookies to be written but won’t interfere with the default security settings when visiting other sites that have not been explicitly declared as trusted. To assign a trusted status to a website:
