The e-Lybra 9 system contains various programs for the functionality and health of the mind.
Thoughts can be beneficial or empowering, or they can be limiting or destructive, or they can be neutral.
Thought processes contain a significant energetic component in that a self-perpetuating matrix is created. In order to convey this concept more easily it can be thought of as a single computer program - and as human computers we are capable of running multiple programs concurrently, each one giving us different output. Multiple programs which give us opposing (or contradictory) feedback lead to confusion, which leads to a lack of forward direction due to indecision. As a thought gains in intensity then the matrix that supports it also grows, giving strength and energy to the idea. If this idea matrix is of a positive nature then the frequency of the energy that forms it will be of a high nature and this will co-exist well with the overall energy matrix of the body - and in many cases enhance it. This is the energetic principle behind hypnotherapy, whereby a belief is implanted and then nurtured and grown - such as I am confident. Conversely, a negative idea matrix will cause disharmony and interfere with the overall balance of the whole being. The overall energy matrix of the body will be degraded, and over time this can manifest as poor health.
A further consequence can occur from this process of giving thought forms extra structure, and that is that they can form a magnetic attraction to similar energies in the collective consciousness around the planet. For example, somebody with a strong bias towards a political doctrine, a religious doctrine, or even just a particular sport or hobby will have a magnetic resonance to the collective consciousness which it will feed into, and from. Addiction is another consequence of the overgrowth of these idea matrices, as are other negative conditions such as phobias.
The e-Lybra 9 system comes with a list of generalised psychological conditions (e.g. fear, phobia, sadness, jealousy), and separately it has an even longer list of limiting beliefs (e.g. I am useless at everything I try) - both of which can be targetted either manually or via an automated detection process. Additionally, it is possible to create appropriate affirmations to more accurately describe the nature of the psychological issue, or to help create the energetic matrix of a positive thoughtform.
The NeuroTech program was designed originally to help with targetting the factors in a child's development that can block the unfolding of an individual's unique ability. As these blocks are identified they can be treated at the energetic level by remedies which have been found to counteract and free-up the blocks, allowing the natural abilities to manifest unhindered.
The story of how the NeuroTech program came about is down to the work being done by four people from an organisation called EduTherapy: Jane Lloyd, Mary de Tute, Tracy Smith and Bill Ayling. Between them they had studied and worked with developmental issues within childhood and had developed a series of protocols to address specific sub-issues. Having developed the logic they then needed to find a delivery system - and so they approached World Development Systems to ask whether the e-Lybra system could be tailored to run their own processes. A deal was reached and a separate, custom version of the e-Lybra system was developed for their own use which contained the EduTherapy protocols in a program which they called NeuroTech.
As they worked to develop the core processes they kept finding themselves having to also develop additional sub-protocols to deal with specific issues or conditions that can occur during the formative years. Each of these sub-protocols were developed into independent modules.
Having put all of this development work into the creation of a new system, they then very generously allowed World Development Systems to incorporate these independent modules from the NeuroTech program into the commercial e-Lybra program in order to allow the successes that they had achieved with their own program to be spread wider. This sub-set of the NeuroTech program adds another 60,000 bio-resonance patterns which are used internally when this process is run.
While the NeuroTech program is running it uses the standard scanning techniques used throughout the rest of the system to identify which issues are presenting most strongly for investigation and balancing. An e-Lybra Practitioner will use their skills in connection with the problems a client is presenting with and the NeuroTech Programmes will provide further support. The NeuroTech program that is available within the commercial e-Lybra system can be used on children or adults alike.
The first programme that runs on the NeuroTech Screen is simply designed to identify negative emotions and situations that have a relevance to the client's presenting problem. It is important to understand that our programming always takes the client back to the age of cause and there may be times when the negative emotions identified may have no obvious relevance to the client. However, there may be times when the recognition of a negative emotion is useful and this is why the information has been made available to the e-Lybra Practitioner.
The second programme that runs on the NeuroTech Screen identifies a positive emotion or state. This will be the best trigger for the client to explore why their energy system is not currently in tune with that state. Each of the positive emotions is an independent programme designed to be run for an hour remotely, either after the client has gone or while the Practitioner is engaged in other therapeutic techniques with the client. The independent programme gives the client access to the full Edutherapy database within the context of the particular problem they wish to address.
